Best NBA Bets Today - March 29

Chris Paul over 11.5 points (-122) vs. Wolves

The Wolves are one of the biggest drop coverage teams in the NBA -- a product of having Rudy Gobert on the team. Over the past month, the Wolves have allowed the third-most mid-range shot attempts, which is Paul's favorite spot on the floor. I also think Minnesota will unleash Jaden McDaniels on Devin Booker, which will presumably put more pressure on Paul to score. Since March 1, CP3 is averaging 12.7 points in 30.8 minutes per game.

Giannis Antetokounmpo Under 51.5 Points + Assists + Rebounds (-118)

Giannis Antetokounmpo is undoubtedly one of the most dominant players in the NBA today. He can score, rebound and facilitate like few others in the league. However, the line for this game against the Indiana Pacers is set at under 51.5 points + assists + rebounds. The reason for this is two-fold. First, Giannis is currently playing through a probable tag. This means that he may not play as many minutes as he normally would. Second, the Pacers are currently dead in the water. They have no chance of making the playoffs and are likely to be blown out by the Bucks. This means that Giannis may not need to play as hard as he normally would to secure a win. With an extra category involved, taking the under 51.5 points + assists + rebounds allows for a little bit more cushion in case Giannis doesn’t have a monster game.

Mikal Bridges Under 34.5 Points + Assists + Rebounds (-120)

The Brooklyn Nets are struggling right now and are currently holding onto the sixth seed in the Eastern Conference. While they are still a talented team, there are others in the conference that are playing better than them right now. This game against the Houston Rocketsmay not be the expected blowout that some might anticipate. Mikal Bridges is a solid player for the Nets, but the line is set at 34.5 points + assists + rebounds. It is unlikely that Bridges will have a monster night on the glass, nor will he have a heavy facilitation night.

Harrison Barnes Under 5.5 Rebounds (-146)

Barnes can contribute in a number of ways, and under 5.5 rebounds is set at -146, which means that betting on the under isn’t likely to yield a big return. However, this is a good bet to make because Barnes is not known for his rebounding. He averages just 5.5 rebounds per game this season, which means that hitting the under is very possible, and including it in the parlay offsets the poor odds.
